Cancelations & Rescheduling

We realize everyone’s time is valuable. Salon Astante requires a minimum 24 hours notice for cancelations and rescheduling of appointments. Failure to contact us, as well as nonappearance or “no show”, results in a full charge of your missed appointment.


Cash gratuities are always appreciated but some other options are VENMO and CASH apps from your mobile device (username of your service provider may be provided at checkout), or a separate check may be furnished to the service provider directly.

Arrival & Appointment Time

To ensure a timely start to your scheduled service, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to. Arriving to your scheduled appointment 10 minutes or later may delay or hinder our ability to provide the full service.
