Cancelations & Rescheduling
We realize everyone’s time is valuable. Salon Astante requires a minimum 24 hours notice for cancelations and rescheduling of appointments. Failure to contact us, as well as nonappearance or “no show”, results in a full charge of your missed appointment.
Cash gratuities are always appreciated but some other options are VENMO and CASH apps from your mobile device (username of your service provider may be provided at checkout), or a separate check may be furnished to the service provider directly.
Arrival & Appointment Time
To ensure a timely start to your scheduled service, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to. Arriving to your scheduled appointment 10 minutes or later may delay or hinder our ability to provide the full service.
Client Satisfaction
We strive to provide our clients with the utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your service we ask that you contact us immediately.
card processing fee

As of February 1st, 2020, there is now a card processing fee added to any credit or debit card transactions. This fee is 3.95% of your
total, and may vary appointment to appointment based on services performed. This fee only applies to credit or debit cards. We strongly encourage other accepted forms of payment, cash & checks, to avoid this fee. We understand the inconvenience this might pose to our clientele, and greatly appreciate your continued trust in our establishment.
